The green, hand-painted plaque inside declares Bamboula a ‘nuff niceness eatry’. Expect home-style Jamaican cooking - curry goat, jerk chikcen, ackee and saltfish

Curry Goat was lovely. And accompanied by some lovely cocktails. Also Juanita who served us was awesome. Great service, good value and properly Brixton.

The manager asked us to come back in 30min (too full), when we came back a waitress told us that the kitchen was closed while the manager ignored us. So disrespectful. There are better places in Brix.

Jerk chicken is not authentic, atmosphere is okay but service is poor. If you are looking for gpod Jamaican food, keep looking because you won't find it here.

A cosy spot in Brixton with colourful interiors which takes its inspiration straight out of the Caribbean. A varied menu with the usual West Indian, but gotta recommend the curry goat; super tasty.

Lovely goat curry but the lamb in guava sauce was even better. You MUST try the spicy rum bread for pudding- incredible! Well, I liked but the fact it was full of White people is not such a good sign.
