Thoroughly unhappy w/the dining-in experience tonight. A lousy made pie will happen from time-to-time.....bad customer service shouldn't. .

Service is very hit or miss. Usually its prompt and friendly, and then every now and then you get abandoned. They've gotten a lot better about that in the last year.

If there are any there on the ledge, ask for one at the counter because it is hotter and it melts in your mouth
