Best time to visit the Administration and Fiscal office is during their school holidays when classes are on break. There is no line.

I personally think this is the best city college I've been to in the area. It's very easy to get into a counsellor. And easy to get class

Alot less crowded than PCC..place looks really sketchy at night. Wtf is up with girls wearing heels to class lol anyway, this place isn't too bad.
