nice journey, when u arrive in arthur pass, dont forget use toilet before u go, there is a long journey to franz joseph or fox glacier

Not much to do here, but the connecting taxi and shuttle services to and from any TranzScenic route are useful. No ATM :-/

If you have a day free, strongly consider the trip across to Greymouth on the TranzAlpine Express. Beautiful.
