Excellent barbecue but a little pricey. Looks like a gas station, but is an excellent restaurant.

Rudy’s is a must if you’re passing through Waco! Meat and sides are served a la carte, so you can get any amount and combination of meat you’d like. I’d highly recommend their green chile stew.

Unfortunately they were out of pulled pork, so I got the brisket sandwich instead. However it was undeniably delicious, and the whole ambiance of the place was great!

Try the creamy corn! It's delicious! Good food! A little pricey but worth it! Orders can be made for the entire family to go.

Locally famous, you may have see their BBQ sauce in stores as well. Brisket is probably best option here, pair with a good Texas beer.
