The airport is continuing to get better. The domestic terminal is still easier to get thru than the international one. Beware that there are a lot of security checks, so factor that in.

Take an early afternoon flight, the airport will be much less crowded.

Anyone can sit in the business class room because there are no staff. Quieter than outside, but no facilities.

Checkpoints will f*** you up.couldn't find a trolley for the luggage. But hey free Wi-Fi ;-)

Free wifi both in Departures area and Baggage Claim. What more can you ask for in Afghanistan?? Curbside check-in?

Покурить можно в туалете для инвалидов. Бача выдаст и зажигалку, и дезодорант. За 5 баксов. Хотя мы за пять ходили втроем. Еще можно тупо сидеть в бизнес-зале и курить в местном туалете бесплатно
