If you don't need to stay directly at the lake, it's a good choice. Nice views from the executive lounge.

Modern hotel with nice rooms and a nice gym. Breakfast has good selection. Service was good. Would stay here again.

Although it's not on the lake, the JW's location is terrific - walkable to the metro, good cab access, shopping nearby. Great staff, & the hotel is a well-appointed retreat from Hangzhou's chaos.

Bircher Muesli at breakfast is a must have! Just a 5 minute walk to the mall behind the hotel which pretty much has everything you need to find.
