Biggest shopping mall in Phnom Penh in 2009 but now not so big anymore

The place has gone through a major revamp recently. It is a lot more modern and organized, and has a good selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, as well as a Major Cineplex.

Free outdoor terrace on Level 6. Nice view over PP & Central Market.

Looks like a mall on the outside, feels like air-conditioned central market on the inside. Lots of knock-off marked-up stuff.

Level 5 has an eating area with glass windows overlooking the market and Phnom Penh.

Check out SMILE at 3rd floor for dirt cheap dodgy NIKEs and Adidas sportswear. Couldn't manage to haggle though.

There is a foodcourt on level 4 which uses a coupon system; look around and know what you want to order before purchasing coupons as they're not refundable, unlike the ones in Bangkok.

Went here to look for some adapters and other items for our indie movie, FREEDOM DEAL, which we shot in Cambodia, but found better prices in the shops outside the mall
