Getting the young grunts to load the ready-mix concrete into the truck. The folks at Home Depot will do the heavy lifting but you probably have to ask them to do it.

The lady with the white hair in the paint department is rude. I asked for very specifc brand/type of paint, and she tried to tell me it was discontinued. I called other HD in Louisville; they had it.
