Anyone can drop in. They have space to read, a piano to play and likely some warm coffee. Lovely place, warm atmosphere.

Since last year Arkadia's only venue is at Nervanderinkatu 11. There is an ample amount of space covered by bookshelves. They are full of books in e.g. English, French, Spanish, German, Russian.

Big stock of second hand books, any kind, any language, at unbeatable prices. The warm welcome, coffee, reading chapel, billiard table and boa in its vivarium contribute to the amazing atmosphere.

The Old Arkadia is open at least Tuesday till Thursday from 12 till 17 o'clock. Often also on Fridays. If there's an event, which often happens, then we are open till late.
