Squats ahoy! One of the rare gyms in the city with a proper power rack. And the gym area is usually empty. One downside: the ceiling is really low, which sucks for doing anything overhead.

Going with a friend or going often? Get a pre-paid card for 600¥, good for 30 uses, and saves you 33% (otherwise 30¥ each time).
