港区とは違い喫煙場所がある公園。便所はもちろんゴミ箱もホームレスもあり(´･_･`)

The example tip is funny about "some of the best people watching in the city." It's a cemetery! It's a beautiful, historic, traditional cemetery and park. The whole area is worth visiting.

私が遊んでいた頃は、木が鬱蒼としててカップルのメッカでした。ベンチに座っているカップルの前を小学生の私たちが、てつなぎ鬼をして大声を出して走り回って邪魔をしてました。なんて嫌なガキンチョだったんでしょう(´v_v｀)
