Went during the middle of the day with a friend & his family after the zoo, the kids had fun, we had a picnic at the gazebos, cool spot for families.

Situated right across the Gladys Porter Zoo it is easily one of the most visited parks in Brownsville. Its hugged by a resaca one can fish out of, not to mention attracts plenty of local birds.
