They have a very poor selection of audiobooks and young adult novels. They also have a very odd way of organizing; things are not always in alphabetical order or even in an area that makes sense.

Mindy, you have to pay because you don't live within city limits, which means you don't pay taxes to the City. Taxes fund the Library.

JUST BECAUSE I LIVE OUT OF CITY LIMITS, I have to pay to check out books, use a computer, etc! That's messed up! My address is TYLER ZIP CODE, TYLER ADDRESS, etc!

The library offers free computer time, but you have to pay .10 per copy. They also offer FREE dvd rental of some of the latest movies!
