I've heard complaints about the noise but I didn't think it was that bad. I stayed at the 9th floor and the room was quite small. There wasn't a sheet on my bed, just a comforter. Excellent breakfast.

Great location but the rooms are a bit poor and noisy for the price. Not the worst place to stay in TsimShatsui anyway...
