Cheap and surprisingly classy 1930s Tropical Modernist hotel on a quiet street a stone's throw from P Burgos St, and 15 mins walk from Ayayla Triangle - its tiny American Bar perfect for a sundowner.

Very clean, nice, design and the breakfast is cheap and good. There is no need to go out for breakfast as there is quit nothing around in a morning.
