The staffs were not able to find my pre booked conference room promptly. In addition, they didn't know how to serve a champagne for our signing ceremony. It dissapoints us as the host of the event!

Is a cheat after clarify with the staffs of the special discount once check in get the rewards. End up, they tell me only for room guest. Not the guest who walk in for their facilities.. So BAD..
