Best service I've seen in a hotel for a long time. Staff really cares about the customers.

Deeply disappointing. Only thing is good customer service from some staff members at reception upon checkin. Bad toilets, bad wifi, bad plumbing in bathrooms, windows can front walls. Avoid.

Do NOT stay here, if you need a decent Internet connection, it might be a good lesson in anger management, but it's not worth it. Plenty of other places to stay in SR.
