Run of houses. Some rooms may require access via stairs or walk. Ask for ground level room if you don't like the stairs or top floor of you want a view.

Breakfast Buffet Style with hot & cold food. Great service and excellent atmosphere but horrible coffee (from machine) and very average juices.

Buffet breakfast is delicious! Good variety of both hot and cold food and a good coffee machine. Yummo! =)

Poor phone reception and the buildings are getting a little tired, but that's the only negatives. Very friendly, helpful, and the restaurant is great. Quiet, yet only 5 mins to Broadbeach.

Only has a few basic TV channels (not even the free to air digital ones), and if at check in you tick the option for a morning paper, you're charged for it (no mention of it beforehand).

A little remort and far from Surfer Paradise but there is a shuttle service to Surfer Paradise for about AUD 10.
