Tried the brunch. It's good, but not outstanding. Food was on a salty side, with not much innovatation.

Posh hotel in Central. The Clipper Lounge is great for afternoon tea - it's not expensive given the amount of food you get.

No trip is complete without high tea. I would do this at the Mandarin, Peninsula, or Grand Hyatt hotel. Watch out for the little birds that fly around inside the hotel.
