Petit balcon mal entretenu et donnant sur le jardin du voisin dommage -1 pour la note

Salle de bain pas top au niveau douche car baignoire douche en même temps avec paroi pivotant au niveau du lavabo. Le patron nous a dis que les salle de bain étaient en travaux pour amélioration
