Rooms were clean and spacious. The food at breakfast was awesome. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. We will visit again.

I love the Hyatt Place brand as the rooms are spacious and the price is decent for the value. Excellent customer service at this location and pretty close to the super highway so great location.

Air conditioning is so loud I needed earplugs to sleep. And the shower doesn't have a door - it's just open at the end, so you freeze while washing up. Go to the Hampton behind it instead.

I asked for a beer and all they gave me was white wine with an Alka Seltzer tablet dropped into it. Jeff Daniels is highly satisfied. Yes, this is THE Jeff Daniels.
