They are undergoing renovation in the lobby but you don't hear anything from the apartment. Had some problems with the hot water. Great location which is all that matters.

Excellent location, right in the center of brussels! 200m from grand plaze. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is not worst it.

This hotel may not be the fanciest, but book if you get a good deal because it's smack in the middle of the city with well-isolated rooms (which lack a/c though).

Stayed here during a heatwave. Rooms extremely hot, no fan or AC. Would not book here if it weren't for the groupon.

Perfetto! A tema cioccolato, un hotel centralissimo. Un passo da tutto e dalla fermata metro! Consigliatissimo, personale gentile e parlano italiano se serve!

Stayed in the Suites across the road (above the fish and chip shop!). Long flight of steps up not easy with kids. Room freshly decorated. Large walk in wet room - but v slippery floor.
