Rooms are not very clean. NO SOAP in the rooms. But management moved us to try to accommodate us, and we finally settled and found some soap. Friendly staff, just need some help in maitatnance.

Don't let them give you a smoky room, they REEK! Can't believe this place tries to pawn those off to customers. I called the night manager and asked for a change, thankfully they had another room.

This place is falling apart. One hot tub not working, ice and vending out of order on the first floor. Our room smells like someone OD'd on incense. Don't stay here.

Avoid rooms near the back of the hotel if you don't like the smell of cigarette smoke

If you have baggage, get a room on the first floor. There's no elevator!
