Cool hotel. Ask for a room facing Rizal Avenue if you want to have a view of the city and if you don't mind the minimal noise. Friendly and helpful staff.

Shops on the ground floor, cafe on the 2nd floor, hotel rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. Reception is on the 3rd floor.

Their resto, The Avenue, needs a lot of work. A bit sad and dreary for a new hotel.
