Nothing good except the location. Bad customer service, worst reception, no slippers in the room, no ashtrays in smoking rooms, almost no room service. It's doesn't worth to be 5 stars hotel.

The place is Good and Comfortble :) but the staff most of them cant speak English well. But I do recommend to stay

Free 2.30am shuttle to the airport for those on the 4am Turkish Airlines flight. Just ask reception.
