A comfortable hotel, but my stay was spoilt by poor service in the restaurant. Well located for the NEC and Genting Arena.

gym ? 5 machines only .before you go to gym , they make u sign a paper which has a lot of points like we r not liable if u lift more weights then u should blah blah. And There is no weights to lift.

Gym has literary no equipment at all and roomservice menues in the room differ from what they can prepare...so "let me check" "will bring a new one" "will ask the chef" etc etc...

Not a bad hotel but expensive of course ! Bath could do with a refurb but room reasonable otherwise. Wage free wi fi is not useable and they make you pay extra for the useable version, so do complain

The bar reminds me a bit of an airport lounge. Service there is often pretty slow and the payment devices are temperamental.
