The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. The attention to detail is marvellous. Such a great spot in the mountains to unwind but still be inspired. Books and design all over. Not to miss!

The indoor pool, the nice spa and the inspired gourmet cooking with regional products by chef Luis Baena are great atributes of this magnificent countryside hotel, on top of Serra da Estrela mountain.
