Perfect location in Gion. Private tatami rooms approx ¥9000 & dorms approx ¥ 3000. No frills, nice atmosphere. Lovely people. Pleasant and clean, cooking facilities | hot bath| showers | young crowd.

If you’re feeling left out ...Get down to the shared kitchen and get to meet the staff. Cook something start chatting They are lovely and great fun!

It's a rather quiet hostel mix ryokan. Not as fun and noisy in common area as I expected. But staff are helpful and rooms are clean.
