Worn out rooms in desperate need of refurb. Breakfast min or non existent, you will be chrgd for hot tea, coffee or hot choc even if full breakfast is incl in your room rate.

The furniture is quite old. We've got the lake view that somehow mend our disappointment on a 4 stars hotel.
