One of the overcrowded private hospital in Penang. Average waiting is 1.5-2 hrs for consultation. I even experience waiting 6 hours for admission which that have appointment.

2nd day:yesterday the nurse said no need to make any appointment, just come and wait at 11.30am. After waiting more than an hour, she just easily tell us to go home first and come back at 5pm.

Unfriendly nurse, told us to come back here at 2pm to see the doctor, 2hours have passed and haven't met yet. Wasting time here cos waiting without knowing when u'll be called..Prefer island hospital.

The Wi FI is reasonable here but the service is so so slow :( bring lots of patience and warm clothes
