Delicious! I had #12 and it was far better than Pho75's fare despite the latter's numerous awards. Give PHB a visit next time you're in town!

One of the better Pho shops in Rockville. If you like the iced coffee with the condensed milk, be aware that they give it to you already all mixed in a glass. Something I haven't seen anywhere else.
