This hotel is beautiful (if a little dated), with luxury touches and amazing customer service. I asked about a spa treatment at 8:30pm and they were able to take me on short notice! In-room massages.

If you are going to stay here, get the executive floor access upgrade. It’s worth it. You’ll save on meals.

The steak I had it was 6/10. I am surprised to see 5 stars hotel served that kind of steak. Maybe I am a traveler and I have many steaks all over the world and I know what’s excellent and ok steak.
