Great stopping point on the way to or from the B.o.P. Park on the side street, stretch your legs and enjoy a nice coffee. Good gluten free options

Ordered salad and lamb shank, taste good. But do urself a favour and don't order seafood chowder, they add curry that doesn't make sense as a soup. They could be busy, waited >30mins for food to come.

Nice egg benedicts, good spot to have breakfast / lunch while you wait for your bus to Hobbiton. Free wifi and cool staff.
