A great place to get dessert, if there is not a huge wait. Because of its popularity it does mean that it is rarely possible to get an order within a reasonable amount of time.

Always crowded. Could be one of the busiest restaurant in south bank. Open until midnight. It's a good place to go after dinner.

Don't know what's happened but service was terrible today. Disorganized, wouldn't take cash, long waits, and mixing up orders. Just total chaos! We walked out! Disappointed.
