The cats are extremely clean and friendly. Very good experience.

Larger room is downstairs on 5F. Seats by the window are best to get kitties coming up to you.

I loved it! Very organized, u have to take your shoes off and wash your hands before entering, can't lift or wake up any pets. Purchase the cat treats they sell so they'll come to u.

most of the cats are super friendly! but you have to buy the cat food to become a superstar with the kitties!

It's 1 pot of food per visitor, but definitely get one - the cats will be all over you.
