If the bank is too busy, go to the FNB in Lifestyle shopping centre, just off Old JHB road. They are generally quieter.

The best advice I can give: close your account and move to Standard Bank. That's if you don't want inferior service.

Oh boy!! The service here, any time of the day is PATHETIC!! Their staff is not trained and you wait forever!! Overall, not a pleasant experience!!
