No TV for 4 days as there is only minders at reception who can do nothing to fix any challenges.

Pretty good hotel, the bigger rooms are better. clean you can smoke in the rooms and American tv! Hbo, discovery channel, mtv, animal planet, history channel, cinemax, CNN, but it depends on your room

Nice hotel which is clean, free wifi (pass: moderncity), good service, very close to downtown, near both Old and New Market, 3 minutes walk to the River and perfect price for private room at $15/night

I think this is a GREAT hotel for the price! Only $15 for a private room, free wifi, AC, a fridge and a TV. Right in downtown Phnom Penh. You can't beat that

Great price/value. We had a room for $20 a night but I think the prices will go up once their done renovating. I would recommend this place!
