If you make an appt. make sure they know about it. And make sure to bring your whole pay check. Just for an alignment is 90$. Been here for an hour even though I had an appt. 3 people went before me.

VERY pleased with their customer service! They had only one battery in stock for my old car, but it was too expensive. They jumped my car so I could drive it elsewhere at no charge!

Pretty good service for a chain service station. Prices are solid, middle-of-the-road. Would recommend them if you need a tow (tow service is free as a Pep Boys Rewards member within 15mi or so).
