The place is really nice but: Very poor service, LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES, RUDE staff, even the owner is rude. Will NEVER go back to this place again.

Place is good enough, room service is bad, room not so clean, dust and ants everywhere, dirty waste can. No maintenance.

The massage also changed..it was way better before.I wish they just increased the rate rather than keeping the same price but sacrificing the quality of their service

Went back there after 4yrs..same package and same price. Affordable Escape package..quite disappointing since they missed the steam bath and hydro shower..
