I read technology center and I was not “getting” the museum. It’s pretty interesting to learn from different cultures, it is short tho.

Must see in Luang Prabang. The exhibition is really well made. We really enjoyed the manufactured vs hand-made sections :)

You should definitely see the Cafe behind the museum's shop. Good information on how to distinguish between handmade and factory made textiles. You'll value the stuff sold at the market even more then

Organised but small exhibition. Not really worth 25000 kip. If you like to learn more the Laos culture, then can spend 20 mins in there.
