Very touristy, with tourists prices widespread across the old town. Go outside the city for some respite from the noise from the bars and tourists. Nice and scenic place nonetheless.

简直太美了, stunning architecture. Get a room near 虹桥 for convenience, most rooms charge separately and expensively for air con. The weather is ok so don't buy the air con

The river water is limpid and shallow in the areas approaching to the city wall where float grass can be seen flickering in the green waves.

Smaller,dirtyer than Lijiang(Yunnan).Fenghuang is a beautiful oldtown.Sitting near Hong Jiao(Rainbow Bridge) day & night,listen a romantic Chinese love song.Try to bargain hard if u buy a souvernir

Stunning view along the riverside at night. Just not to get close to white light which attract mosquito.
